The afternoon job that runs itself — on the tools you already have.

Most teams don’t need another SaaS. They need the tools they already pay for to talk to each other. We build n8n workflows that move leads, invoices, and handoffs the way a person does today — except at 2am, without forgetting a step.

This isn’t a one-trigger Zap. A workflow we ship handles branches, retries when an API fails, and a human approval where judgment actually matters. Lead routing with a score and an owner. Invoice chase that exits on dispute. Ops intake that lands in one queue.

We spend time upfront on which workflow costs you the most — not just the loudest complaint this week. A short look at where hours go usually points at a different first build than anyone expected.

Manual vs n8n, in practice

Manual

Someone copies, chases, and remembers. Works until they’re out, overloaded, or the sheet drifts from reality.

n8n

The same path as code you can see: trigger → branch → action → retry. Runs when people sleep. Fails loud when something breaks.

We don’t replace your CRM. We build the missing ops layer between the tools you already run.

How a workflow ships

Discovery → fixed scope → wire live tools → guard failures → hand off ownership.

  4. 04GuardRetries, exits, human steps
  5. 05HandoffExports + docs, yours

Connects to the stack you already run

Typical glue — not a migration project. If it has an API, we can usually talk to it.

Anatomy of a solid workflow

Every build we ship has a clear path for success — and a clear path when something fails.

Trigger
Branch
Action
Happy path

Status updates · notify owner · exit when done

Fail path

Retry · alert · human step — never silent drop

When this makes sense

n8n speaks APIs. We build on your CRM, finance tools, Slack, sheets, and databases — self-hosted or cloud, whichever security wants.

Where a step needs judgment (route this message, draft a first reply), we can drop a Claude skill into one node. The workflow stays the backbone; the model only touches the judgment call.

Workflows fail loudly. A broken connection gets flagged instead of quietly dropping data — so you don’t recreate the spreadsheet as a backup.

Illustrative pilot · not a named client

Leads arrived from a form, LinkedIn, and three inboxes. Whoever saw one first replied — hot prospects waited two days. We shipped one path: score against ideal profile, route with context, follow up until a human took over. The weekly “who owns this?” meeting had nothing left to do.

This sounds like you if

  • Someone copies between two tools every morning by hand
  • Leads sit a day or two before anyone follows up
  • Invoices get chased by memory, not status
  • A request has to pass three people before anything moves
  • You’ve outgrown simple Zapier chains but don’t need a full-time automation hire
  • A “automation” got muted because it couldn’t handle exceptions

What you get

  • Fixed-price proposal after one discovery call
  • Workflow built and tested on your real tools
  • Docs your team can follow
  • Full ownership: exports, credentials, data
  • Error handling and retries — fail loud, not silent
  • Optional retainer once the first system is live

Questions about n8n workflows

No. Most clients haven’t. We set it up, connect tools, and ship a working system — not a course.

Zapier is great for simple trigger → action. We use n8n when you need branches, retries, self-hosting, or logic that outgrew a two-step zap — and you want to own the workflow.

Workflows fail loudly. On retainer we fix it. Off retainer, you have exports and docs for any n8n-capable developer.

Price locked before build. One person scopes and ships. Real handoff — source included — not an open hourly meter.

Yes. We’ll say if extending or rebuilding is faster — we don’t default to a rewrite for our convenience.

Only where judgment belongs. Rules stay in n8n. If a task doesn’t need a model, we’ll say so — a script is faster and cheaper.
